This Week @ RCB

– Thursday, August 17, 2023 –

One service at 10am.

It is a We Worship Together Sunday. Church School will not meet.

There is a nursery for children under the age of 3.

Preaching:

Nancy Denton

This Sunday, we welcome Nancy Denton to the pulpit! She will be preaching a sermon titled “Never Alone” based on the Scripture from Psalm 16.

Nancy and her beloved husband John are long-time, active members of RCB. You can usually spot them on the pulpit side about a quarter of the way back. Nancy is a tireless volunteer, often times serving behind the scenes providing pastoral care and love to many congregants. She is a loving wife, adoring grandmother, dear friend and most of all, a faithful follower of Christ.

Donating Supplies to Migrant Families

The migrant families living at the Ramada Inn in Yonkers have an ongoing need for diapers, formula, and baby wipes for children ages birth to four.

Additionally, the families greatly appreciate Stop & Shop gift cards that allow them to purchase food to supplement the daily packaged meals provided by the Department of Homeland Security and are also looking for adult bicycles for men to use to get to jobs and shop for their families.

To donate, contact Mary Mackintosh.
