This program will focus on our middle years (40-65) when we suddenly become aware that our life’s journey is half over and on our later years (65-) moving towards our final destination, when we may feel anxious and/or frightened since we don’t know what to expect. Some of the issues we will reflect upon and discuss will include: what spirituality means; if/how our spirituality has been changed as we traveled through our life; how we see God; the emotional “baggage” which we carry and the painful feelings which result. Monica Magner, program facilitator, is a retired Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Educational Psychology and post-Master’s certificates in gerontology counseling and bereavement counseling. No charge, light lunch is included. RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org. or (914) 337-6776, ext.153 by October 11.
